On retail orders, UK Delivery is £2.50 or FREE if the order value is £15 or more and takes 2-3 days. Express Delivery is £3.50 and takes 1-2 days.

Delivery charges listed above are based on delivery to UK Mainland. In a very few cases, delivery to the UK Highlands and Islands may be subject to a surcharge. If this applies to your order, we will let you know prior to processing your order.

Delivery charges on trade orders are £11.75 for orders less than £250 and free for orders of £250 and above.

International delivery on retail orders to Europe or the US is charged at £2.95 per order plus £0.95 per item ordered.

International delivery on wholesale orders to Europe and the US is initially charged at a basic rate of £20, however, the actual charge is confirmed after the order is placed and only on agreement of the shipping charge will any payment be taken.

Orders can be placed by emailing a completed order form, following the on screen instructions.

Payment must be made before orders can be dispatched. Please pay online, if you cannot pay for the order using PayPal or card then please email Delicious for further payment options.

Delivery will usually be within 5 working days; a signature may be required.

Should there be a delay in delivery then we will notify you within 48 hours, you will be advised of the expected delivery date or if the product is no longer available.

In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery please wait 14 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the product and contact us within 10 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the item to be exchanged or provide a full refund.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. Your goods must be received back to us within seven days. This is your cooling off period. A refund will be given within 30 days of the goods being returned. In a period of a free delivery promotion, a charge of £2.50 towards the delivery cost will be deducted from the refund per item returned. In regard to wholesale orders, a proportion of the actual shipping costs will be deducted from any returned items. For example, if 100 items are purchased and 1 is returned, the deduction for shipping will be calculated as 1/100 x £Shipping Cost + VAT.
